I am grateful for having my amazing family and close friends. Without them, I would not be who I am today or how strong I am from all the obstacles I went through my life, through the hurtful times I had to overcome and who I can trust with everything. My mom has been my #1 rock since my father left us. She taught me to be strong and independent and told me that I have to strive and work really hard to get what I want in life. Even though with the mother/daughter fights we often have, she is everything that I need in a mother.
And for friends, people come and go in life. The people who leaves are the ones who doesn’t want to stick around and doesn’t really care comparing to the friends who still talk to you means no matter how far you guys are, they are going to be there for you are those true friendships that matter. The ones who make you feel special and that loves you for who you are.
Now in life, I know from all the obstacles and friends I went through had a purpose. Especially having a hard time in college back in the beginning of the year, taught me to be strong and to have patience. With being strong and patience, is somehow helping me figure out what I want in life. Right now, I am really happy where I am in life now with my family, my friends and my bestfriends and my bestie and where my life is leading to. Like for a long time, I don’t remember saying that “I am happy” and I mean it. I am really excited for what the future holds for me. Like I have a feeling this rest of the year will be good for me, hey I never know.. Surprise me :)
